Jennifer Payne, MD, FAAFP, CAQSM (she/they) graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine, completed Family Medicine Residency at Penn Medicine Lancaster General, and Sports Medicine Fellowship at Wellspan York Hospital. She started a Sports Medicine practice in Lancaster, PA, with Penn Medicine and grew that practice to 9+ providers and four locations. She has over 10 years experience volunteering with USA Weightlifting including traveling abroad with Team USA. Jennifer is currently completing an Integrative Medicine Fellowship at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine in Tucson, AZ. She is interested in supporting patients in their journey to achieve optimum health and functioning.

Adam Lake, MD, FAAFP, FASAM, AAHIVS (he/him) graduated from Temple University School of Medicine, completed Family Medicine Residency and Population Health Fellowship at Penn Medicine Lancaster General. Adam maintains board certification in both Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine, as well as HIV Specialist Certification. He has extensive teaching, presentation, and advocacy experience including over 100 local, regional, and national medical lectures. Adam is driven to provide expert, state-of-the-art care to marginalized folks.
